NexGami Growth & Partnership Program

The challenge

NexGami needed to grow visibility, community participation, and partner confidence in a competitive Web3 gaming environment. The work required more than social posts: it needed a consistent growth system that connected positioning, community, partnerships, and launch activity.

My role

As Marketing Team Lead, I contributed across growth strategy, partnership development, go-to-market planning, brand direction, and cross-functional remote collaboration.

Approach

• Supported go-to-market campaigns designed for Web3 gaming audiences.
• Built and maintained a network of global collaborators and ecosystem partners.
• Connected campaign messaging with community activation and partner distribution.
• Worked with a remote cross-functional team on brand strategy and growth initiatives.

Outcome

The program contributed to $5M in fundraising efforts, established 100+ global partnerships, and helped drive 340% community growth to more than 500,000 members.

What I learned

Growth becomes more durable when partnerships, positioning, and community operations reinforce one another. A launch can create attention, but a clear ecosystem story and reliable community experience help turn attention into momentum.
